cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. 

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be billed at 100% of the session rate.

• The clinician reserves the right to refer a client to another clinician after three missed sessions or non-payment of fees associated with late or missed sessions.

• A credit card on file is required for virtual sessions and fees associated with late and missed sessions will be automatically billed using the credit card on file in accordance with the above.
