Meet in-person or via a PIPEDA compliant video for a 75 minute individual, family, or EMDR session which may include multiple family members or caregivers. EMDR sessions are facilitated by an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist.

90 min SESSION

90 Minutes ($270) - no gst

Meet in-person or via a PIPEDA compliant video for a 90 minute individual, family, or EMDR session which may include multiple family members or caregivers. EMDR sessions are facilitated by an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist.

120 MIN SESSION

120 Minutes ($360) - no gst

Meet in-person or via a PIPEDA compliant video for a 120 minute individual, family, or EMDR session which may include multiple family members or caregivers. EMDR sessions are facilitated by an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist.

Clinical Consultation

50 Minutes ($163) - no gst

Meet in-person or via a PIPEDA compliant video for a 50 min individual EMDR consultation. This is for EMDR practitioners who have completed basic training and are interested in ongoing skill development and/or are working toward EMDRIA Certification.

7 HR EMDR INTENSIVE

EMDR Intensives are ideal for those who have experienced a recent trauma (within a three months), or have been referred by another clinician for EMDR with the intention to continue working with their treating clinician following the EMDR intensive. This is ideal for first responders and those with single incident traumatic experiences.

7 Hour EMDR Intensive Package - This package includes 2 hours of history taking and preparation, 4 hours of EMDR processing and 1 hour of follow-up and closure.

Getting your counselling covered

Many clients are able to submit counselling receipts for full or partial reimbursement through their extended medical benefits or employee assistance programs. Direct billing is available through TELUS Health with many insurance providers. In addition, Central Island Counselling works directly with several funding agencies to provide direct billing for eligible services, including Children’s Variety Charity, the Autism Funding Branch, the RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
