All sessions can be held in person or via PIPEDA compliant video from the privacy of your own home. EMDR session are recommended to be held in person, however extraneous variables will be considered when making a plan of care.

INDIVIDUAL SESSION
50 Minutes ($155) - no gst
Meet in-person or via a PIPEDA compliant video for a 50 minute individual session.
FAMILY SESSION
90 Minutes ($255) - no gst
Meet in-person or via a PIPEDA compliant video for a 90 minute family session which may include multiple family memebers or caregivers.
emdr SESSION 75 mins
75 Minutes ($217.50) - no gst
Meet in-person for a 75 minute EMDR session with an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. These sessions are generally longer due to the importance of session containment and grounding.
90 Minutes ($255) - no gst
Meet in-person for a 90 minute EMDR session with an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. These sessions are generally longer due to the importance of session containment and grounding.

120 Minutes ($330) - no gst
Meet in-person for a 120 minute EMDR session with an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. These sessions are generally longer due to the importance of session containment and grounding.

All Sessions can be facilitated in person or virtually
PIPEDA compliant video sessions can be held from the privacy of your own home by using your computer or smart device simply by clicking on a link sent to you prior to your appointment.
Getting your counselling covered
Many clients are able to submit their counselling receipts for full or partial coverage through their extended medical benefits or other employee assistance programs. Direct billing is also available through Telus Health with many insurance providers.
